Basic Mountain Rescue course is a training program designed to equip individuals with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to emergencies and conduct rescues in mountainous terrain. The course is typically geared towards outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, mountaineers, and search and rescue personnel.

 Basic Mountain Rescue training is designed to help yourself and others, being trained in mountain safety and rescue courses will provide you with the skills and techniques to deal with any danger in the mountain and rock climbing. This lifesaving training is extremely important if you are active in climbing mountains, rock climbing, or hill hiking. Basic Mountain rescue training is also designed To serve as a refresher or to further the knowledge of–the novice or out-of-currency climber. It begins at the basic level and takes the student to a well-rounded intermediate level.

  •  Placement of anchors and utilization of natural anchors
  • Rappelling techniques and fixed-line operations
  • Glacier travel system with rope partner
  • Crevasses rescue techniques
  • Self-rescue techniques
  • Cliff rescue techniques and more.

OBJECTIVES
All field operations are conducted by certified Nepal Mountain Guides (NMGA).
To help yourself and others, being trained in mountain safety and rescue course will provide you with the skills and techniques to deal with any danger in the mountain and rock climbing.
