BASIC MOUNTAIN RESCUE COURSE 

The main objective of basic mountain rescue is to gain fundamental skills and knowledge regarding rescue methods during emergencies in mountain regions. The course lasts for 5 days. At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to gain knowledge and skills such as abilities like setting up anchors, rappelling, navigating glaciers, rescuing oneself from a crevasse, and cliff rescue. The course will be conducted in Kathmandu and Bimalnagar rock cliff.  This course is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, mountaineers, and search and rescue personnel.

HIKE AND NAVIGATION COURSE 

This is also one of the popular courses offered by us. It is a five-day short-duration course that takes place in Kathmandu. The major objective of this course is to gain essential skills such as recognizing all the map information, proper use of the compass, and integrating both skills. Activities such as Map scale and legend reading, map setting, understanding contours, recognizing land features, measuring map distance, and using a compass will be conducted in order to gain the above-mentioned skills. The trainee will gain knowledge about magnetic north, true north, and magnetic variation (declination). This course is perfect for experienced hill walkers who need to build confidence in planning routes and navigating the terrain.

BASIC ROCK-CLIMBING COURSE 

Our basic rock climbing course covers the fundamental skills, and technical knowledge that are needed for safe and successful rock climbing. This course is suitable for beginners with no prior experience in rock climbing. This is a short-term duration course that will be conducted in Kathmandu. The trainee will receive instruction in a range of subjects, including how to use and maintain climbing shoes, helmets, carabiners, harnesses, and ropes. In addition to teaching basic climbing movements, tactics, and communication cues for efficient climbing and clear communication, belaying, knot-tying, and anchor usage instruction stress safety. Together with an introduction to climbing grades and route reading, the course also covers climbing ethics, Leave No Trace guidelines, and top-rope climbing. To guarantee thorough training, safety inspections, falling procedures, and an optional introduction to lead climbing are included during the course. In short, it is a perfect course if you are a beginner and want to gain knowledge about rock climbing and start your adventurous journey.

ADVANCED ROCK-CLIMBING COURSE 
Our advanced rock-climbing course is an intensive course with in-depth technical skills and knowledge of rock climbing. This course is perfect for individuals who have experience in rock climbing and want to gain more knowledge in this field. This course will be helpful as the course modules are designed in such a way that fulfills the requirements for successful climbing with proper use of equipment. Advanced techniques including anchor systems, multi-pitch climbing, and crack climbing are covered in our Advanced Rock-Climbing Course. It consists of specially designed exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance for climbing. Along with gaining comfort in lead climbing and belaying, you'll develop your skills in risk management, route planning, and navigation. In addition, you will learn advanced rescue tactics and mental preparedness, including how to use mindfulness and visualization techniques to stay composed and confident on difficult climbs. Our course offers an immersive learning experience in the middle of spectacular natural surroundings. It will take more than one month to complete and will be performed in several climbing sites known for their tough terrain and breathtaking perspectives.
ICE CLIMBING COURSE 
This ice climbing course is perfect for beginners as well as for those who have prior experience in ice climbing. Our course is well-designed and you will get the opportunity to gain technical skills and knowledge in ice climbing. Your adventure on the snowy cliffs of Nepal will be unique with the help of our enthusiastic qualified IGMGA mountain guides for ice climbing. Our IGMGA-certified mountain guides are enthusiastic about ice climbing and ready to impart their expertise, making sure you have a memorable time on Nepal's icy cliffs. The courses will cover topics like specific equipment, safety, front-pointing, hooking, and multi-pitch climbing, among other important skills. The trainee will gain knowledge of using ice screws and anchors, tying certain knots, rappelling and belaying in alpine environments, and climbing frozen waterfalls and icefalls. In order to reduce the impact on the environment, the training also covers hazard management, effective communication, and responsible climbing ethics.
