Alpinist Club – Trekking, Tour & Expedition Operations
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Trips must be booked via our official channels (website, email, whatsapp or representatives).
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit.
- Final balance must be paid before departure as specified in your trip details.

3. Last-Minute Booking
- We only accept last-minute bookings for Nepal excursions.
- Last-minute bookings for India, Bhutan, and Tibet trips are not accepted.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: 15% of the deposit is non-refundable in case of trip cancellation.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
- Full Payment Cancellation: If the full trip cost is paid and you cancel, a 20% charge will apply.
- Important: Cancellation must be notified in writing.
5. Single Supplement Charge
- Rooms or tents are provided on twin-sharing basis.
- A single supplement charge applies if a client requests a single room or tent.
6. Permits & Documentation
- All trekkers must carry valid passport and visa.
- Required trekking, tour, and expedition permits are mandatory.
- For trips booked through Alpinist Club, all permits are arranged by us.
- Clients must provide accurate personal information in advance.
7. Health, Fitness & Safety
- Trekkers must be physically and mentally fit for the activity.
- Any medical conditions must be declared before booking, a special for climbing above 7000m.
- Safety is our priority; itinerary changes may occur for security or health reasons.
8. Guides, Staff & Conduct
- Trips are led by licensed, experienced Mountain guides.
- Trekkers must follow the guides’ instructions
- Disrespectful, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
9. Insurance
- Travel insurance is compulsory for all clients.
- Insurance must cover trekking/touring activities, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
- Alpinist Club is not responsible for costs not covered by insurance.
10. Itinerary Changes & Delays
- Weather, road conditions, flights, or government regulations may cause delays or changes.
- Extra costs due to delays are the client’s responsibility.
11. Responsibility & Liability
- Participation in trekking, tours, and expeditions involves inherent risks.
- The company is not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage due to natural events, political situations, or personal negligence.
12. Environmental & Cultural Responsibility
- We follow responsible tourism practices.
- Trekkers must respect local culture, traditions, and environment.
- Littering, wildlife disturbance, or damage to heritage sites is strictly prohibited.
13. Acceptance of Policy
By booking with Alpinist Club, clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
